3. Product Information and Accuracy
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. Slight variations in packaging, colour, or presentation may occur due to manufacturing updates or screen differences. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. Misk Perfume reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
4. Orders and Payments
Placing an order confirms your intent to purchase the selected product. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We offer both online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability and order value. Orders may be cancelled or held in cases of payment failure, pricing or technical errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Online payment orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. COD orders are processed after verification by our team or logistics partner. Misk Perfume reserves the right to restrict COD service for specific locations, users, or in cases of repeated order refusals.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. Once dispatched, responsibility for transit lies with the courier partner. Customers must ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate. Misk Perfume is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address or contact information.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are handled strictly to ensure hygiene, authenticity, and customer safety.
We accept returns or exchanges only where an error has occurred on our end, such as an incorrect product being shipped or a manufacturing defect.
We offer a 3-day satisfaction window from the date of delivery. If the fragrance does not meet your expectations for any reason, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Concerns raised after this window will not be considered.
Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging. Returned items are inspected before approval. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
Damage claims raised without unboxing or delivery video proof, requests received after 3 days of delivery, and items purchased during promotional or clearance sales are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective, do not open it. Opening the product will disqualify your claim. Document the condition through an unboxing video before making contact with our team. Returns initiated without prior approval from Misk Perfume will not be accepted.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Repeated COD refusals may result in order restrictions.
