At Misk Perfume, every order is quality-checked before dispatch. We stand behind our products and are committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly.

1. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 3-day satisfaction window on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return and refund. The product must be in its original packaging to qualify. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are facilitated where the product arrived physically damaged or the wrong item was delivered. These must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with clear photographs or an unboxing video. Approved exchanges result in a replacement of the same product only.

3. Non-Eligible Items

Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases: a damage claim is raised without unboxing or delivery video proof, or the return or refund request is received after 3 days of delivery.
