Shipping policy
At Misk Perfume, every order is packed with care and dispatched promptly to reach you in the best condition.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Kerala: within 3 business days. All other locations, including Delhi, within 7 business days
Delivery timelines apply to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders unless stated otherwise.
3. Shipping Charges
Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional charge of ₹100 per order. Applicable shipping charges for prepaid orders, if any, will be reflected at checkout.
4. Shipping Partner
We ship all orders through the DTDC courier service.
5. DTDC Delivery Terms
DTDC accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery is not available through DTDC. Home delivery is not available for DTDC shipments. Customers are required to collect their order from the nearest DTDC office within 3 days of arrival. Orders not collected within this period may be returned to us.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
7. Important Notes
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Misk Perfume is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
